Our Story

From Knowledge to Prevention

Building a new global standard for Civil Intelligence

Double exposure of an economic skyline and financial analysis data

The origins

For over fifty years we have been collecting documents and data, studying them, linking them to events and people, reworking them and turning them into knowledge. We apply this information to the analysis of phenomena and verifications, we create clusters, we study local areas and we develop prevention tools at the service of civil society.

In the 1970s, a group of young people from Naples was among the first to build computer systems and international databases starting from paper archives, using techniques that were highly innovative for the time.

From that experience came services for the public sector and for the political and commercial risk insurance world, at the time guaranteed by the Ministries of Finance and the Treasury.

By the 1980s the Team was already a national player in the field of research and evaluative information linked to credit risk.

Since 1987 we have developed and carried forward services geared towards PREVENTION, also for state-owned international insurers, transferring our know-how, our telematic connections and our structured reports according to different needs, applications and purposes.

Our activities gradually expanded to over 27 European countries and, within a few years, from the United Kingdom to the Commonwealth, as far as Australia, Korea, India and beyond the Iron Curtain, all the way to Leningrad.

We were proud to have served our country, but over time we also built relationships and activities with organisations abroad. Even then, Italian skills and professionalism found attention and recognition overseas.

In 1989 we became an operating entity in a European Union member state, France, which welcomed and valued us. That experience lasted until the mid-2000s, when we returned to Italy with a now well-established wealth of expertise and knowledge.

From that point our journey continued into other strategic sectors, including in the context of the emerging INFOCAMERE, which grew out of the earlier CERVED experience.

The present

Today, after a lifetime of experience, something new is being born.

We could not stand still in the face of a new cultural and technological process. The evolution of Artificial Intelligence has set us in motion again, offering new tools to unlock the value of a wealth of data, experience and knowledge built up over decades.

Today the European Union risks losing part of its competitive edge, partly due to excessive bureaucracy and the fragmentation of public information.

This is particularly evident in Italy, where numerous databases still operate as separate systems, often unable to communicate with one another.

A lack of integration that limits the value of the information available and reduces its capacity to generate knowledge, prevention and opportunity.

In an increasingly globalised world, the ability to circulate, connect and correctly interpret information is instead a strategic asset for understanding phenomena, anticipating risks and supporting development.

Today we are building a new opportunity together:

Working and growing alongside Municipalities and local areas, helping to concretely improve the quality of life for citizens, professionals and businesses.
