The ICA System

Information, checks and expertise in a single ecosystem

A centralised information structure, three analysis platforms and local networks working together.

The ecosystem

A centralised information structure and local networks

The ICA System integrates a centralised information system with local, commercial and professional networks. Each component helps turn data and relationships into more informed decisions.

At its core is the Reputation and Standing Risk Centre, which brings together financial information, behaviour and regulatory compliance to produce a clear rating that can be discussed with the counterparty.

Risk Centre

Three platforms working together

The Reputation and Standing Risk Centre is built on the intersection of three platforms, each with a specific task.

Business Information

What it is. Reports produced by analysing information from public sources to verify the solvency and reliability of a legal entity and the individuals connected to it.

What it's for. To understand the economic, financial and asset position of a counterparty, for credit risk prevention or to defend a legal right.

Big Data

What it is. Large volumes of digitised, heterogeneous data used to uncover the links between different events and parties.

What it's for. To flag anomalies and inconsistencies between events, producing the indicators that validate the information collected.

Supplier validation

What it is. The platform that produces a criticality score by verifying compliance with ISO certifications at the counterparty's sites and throughout its production cycle.

What it's for. To harmonise information from the other two platforms and indicate corrective action when gaps emerge.

How the rating is built

An assessment built together with the counterparty

The party being assessed is not under investigation: they give their consent, know the outcome and can respond.

  1. 1
    Consent

The counterparty authorises the Risk Centre to obtain the relevant documentation from the Public Administration.

  2. 2
    Five-level analysis

Criminal, civil, economic, tax and ISO-certification compliance.

  3. 3
    Reputational assessment

Objective methods, based on official documents, are cross-checked with subjective behavioural profiling methods.

  4. 4
    Rating & monitoring

Right of reply and ongoing dialogue, constant monitoring and a rating review at least once a year or whenever a relevant change is detected.
