Membership

How to join the Network

Five steps, done just once: from the second login onwards you access the system directly with your own credentials.

    Expression of interest

    Fill in the online membership form or the PDF form, indicating your profile, area of activity and main professional field.

  2. 2
    Registration & documents

    Registration on the platform and submission of an identity document, as required by Article 134 of the TULPS.

  3. 3
    Notices & consent

    Review of the data processing notices, pursuant to EU Regulation 679/2016, and provision of consent.

  4. 4
    General mandate

    Signing of the mandate for assignments related to the chosen information services. It renews automatically if at least one assignment is given during the calendar year.

  5. 5
    Credentials

    The system issues access credentials to the members' area, valid until the contract expires or the mandate is revoked.
